Tanglewood is made for memorable nights, meaningful celebrations, and gatherings that feel a little more special.

Contact us to reserve a private group dining experience for your next event. Our upstairs private dining room features a large round table that seats up to 18 guests, along with additional booth seating. Depending on the event layout, the space can accommodate up to 45 guests.

The private dining room is a great fit for birthday dinners, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, medical events, and other occasions that benefit from a comfortable, private, and noise-free setting.

During the summer, you can also reserve the full patio for an outdoor party with great food, cold drinks, and all the relaxed Tanglewood energy.

Whether you are planning a polished dinner, a casual cocktail party, a private medical presentation, or a full patio celebration, our team will help make the details easy. We can work with you on menu selections, drinks, dietary needs, seating, and the right setup for your group.

How to Book

1. Inquire

Share your preferred date, time, guest count, and event needs.

2. Confirm

We will send a simple proposal and deposit link to secure your date.

3. Finalize

Confirm your final guest count and menu selections at least five days before your event.

4. Celebrate

Show up, enjoy your guests, and let us take care of the rest.

Event Policies

Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your event date and will be applied to your final bill.

Final Headcount + Menu

Final guest count and menu selections are due five days before the event.

Cancellation

Deposits are refundable for cancellations made at least seven days before the event. Cancellation terms for later changes will be confirmed in your event proposal.

Outside Dessert

Outside desserts are welcome for a $50 service fee, which includes storage, cutting, and plating. Guests selecting our family-style dining option may also choose from our full dessert buffet.

Dietary Needs

Please share dietary restrictions and allergies in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your guests.

Payment

One check is preferred. Up to four split checks are available upon request.

Alcohol Service

Guests must be 21 or older with valid ID to receive alcohol service.
